Founded by South West property expert Patrick Brady and his business partner Olly Gerrish, Morgan Casey helps clients find and importantly secure their perfect property.

Patrick has been involved in the sale and purchase of city, town, village and country houses throughout Bath and across the country markets of Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire. An experienced business analyst and strategist, Patrick has created and controlled residential teams and businesses within both the agency and legal sectors for more than 20 years.
Patrick boasts an excellent knowledge of both the complex and nuanced Bath city market as well as the surrounding country markets where he has bought and sold a variety of freehold and leasehold properties on behalf of clients.
Patrick’s career in property began shortly after the turn of the Millenium, cutting his teeth in corporate agency before being approached by Savills in 2005 to join their Salisbury office. He joined Carter Jonas as a Partner in 2011 and was a key component in the opening of their multi-disciplinary Bath office and then their residential business in Wells a few years later. Patrick returned to Savills as a Director in 2017 before turning to Property Law in 2020 where he has been Head of Residential Property as well as Business Development and Strategy for a leading Bath and Southwest Law Firm.
In a former life, Patrick played rugby for Harlequins and still enjoys taking part and watching a variety of sports. He likes to run, walk and cycle to keep fit; he also plays cricket, squash, football and golf.
Patrick has two children who are his sole focus away from the office, they are both very active and sporty and there is nothing more gratifying to him than watching them play and compete.
